Fusion5 has been named a finalist for the 2025 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service Partner of the Year Award, placing the Australasian systems integrator among the top four global Microsoft partners in the category. The recognition reflects Fusion5's ability to deliver consistently rapid implementations of Microsoft's AI-driven Digital Contact Centre for clients across various sectors.

Service delivery

The Dynamics 365 Service Partner award spotlights organisations that have built customer service solutions leveraging Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Service at their core. The award particularly emphasises the use of Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio. Fusion5 was acknowledged for its expertise in integrating these platforms to achieve improved customer value and satisfaction.

The company has a track record of completing projects within a three-month timeframe, consistently applying AI and cloud-based technologies to support its clients' customer service objectives. This approach has enabled clients to streamline service operations and implement new capabilities at pace.

Global recognition

The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards select honourees from more than 4,600 nominations submitted by partners worldwide. Categories cover a wide range of Microsoft Cloud applications and services, as well as solutions involving artificial intelligence. Fusion5 was identified as one of the strongest performers in the customer service category, highlighting its position within Microsoft's global partner ecosystem.

"Recognition as one of the top four global Dynamics 365 partners for Service affirms our expertise and provides assurance to customers seeking excellence in customer service transformation. We are delighted to receive this recognition," said Kristy Brown, Fusion5 Chief Executive Officer for New Zealand.

"It's not easy to stand out globally, and recognition like this shows what happens when experience, customer focus, persistence and a great partnership come together. Really proud of everyone who made this happen. Go Beyond!." said Sven Martin, Chief Executive - Australia, Fusion5

AI integration

The 2025 awards focused on partners that demonstrated successful use of Microsoft's AI capabilities to enhance customer service through advanced digital solutions. Fusion5's implementations typically involve embedding Microsoft Copilot artificial intelligence within service environments, alongside other cloud tools. This integration enables enterprises to offer more personalised and efficient customer interactions.

Ongoing achievements

Fusion5's recognition in 2025 follows its previous honours as Microsoft's ANZ Business Applications Partner of the Year and a recurring place in the global Microsoft Business Solutions Inner Circle Partner programme for nine consecutive years. The organisation was also named Microsoft New Zealand Partner of the Year in 2021.
