Fusion5 named global finalist for 2025 Dynamics 365 Service award

The recognition reflects Fusion5's ability to deliver consistently rapid implementations of Microsoft's AI-driven Digital Contact Centre for clients across various sectors.

The Dynamics 365 Service Partner award spotlights organisations that have built customer service solutions leveraging Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Service at their core. The award particularly emphasises the use of Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio. Fusion5 was acknowledged for its expertise in integrating these platforms to achieve improved customer value and satisfaction.
