Beyond Now has launched an Agentic Revenue & Ecosystem Orchestration Platform for communications service providers and technology companies. The system is designed to help users create, sell and monetise AI-linked and partner services.

The product targets a commercial bottleneck facing telecoms operators as they try to package and bill new AI-related offers. Sales, fulfilment, billing and partner management often sit in separate systems, slowing the path from service design to launch.

The platform brings those processes together in a single commercial layer. Operators can combine their own connectivity products with third-party AI services, sell them as a single offer, and manage ordering, fulfilment, billing and partner settlement through the same framework.

Beyond Now is targeting a market in which telecoms groups are looking for new sources of growth beyond traditional connectivity. AI services, sovereign AI offers, GPU-as-a-service and other consumption-based products are opening new revenue models, but they also add complexity to pricing, service delivery and settlement between multiple parties.

According to Beyond Now, the platform uses AI agents across the revenue lifecycle and supports both human-led and automated processes. The software provides access to customer, product, partner, pricing, order and service data through a shared catalogue, a single data model and central commercial rules.

This approach is intended to let companies deploy the technology alongside existing business support systems rather than replace them all at once. Organisations can add modules over time, which may appeal to operators seeking to modernise commercial operations without a full overhaul of core systems.

Commercial focus

The platform is structured around three areas: revenue generation, partner ecosystem management and the use of agentic AI. It supports direct consumer, business and partner-led business models, including B2B2X arrangements in which several companies contribute to one end-customer offer.

The launch also reflects a broader shift in the telecoms industry towards ecosystem selling. Operators have long sought to move beyond connectivity by bundling software, cloud, security and industry services, but many have struggled to align product catalogues, ordering systems and revenue-sharing processes across internal teams and external partners.

Angus Ward, Chief Executive Officer of Beyond Now, said the commercial gap, rather than the supply of AI products, had held operators back.

"AI is creating enormous growth opportunities, yet CSPs have so far captured just 2% of AI revenue. What's holding them back isn't a lack of opportunity, it's the lack of a commercial platform to execute on it and turn AI into real revenue growth," said Angus Ward, Chief Executive Officer, Beyond Now.

Ward said the company sees more value in applying AI to existing commercial operations than in focusing only on agent frameworks.

"While much of the market is focused on building agent environments, agent platforms and agent orchestration models, we believe the bigger opportunity is leveraging agentic AI to grow the business you have today and capture what comes next. That's the thinking behind our new Agentic Revenue & Ecosystem Orchestration Platform: bringing revenue and ecosystems together in a native agentic environment, so CSPs and technology providers can compete for a greater share of the fast-growing agentic economy," he said.

Integration path

According to Beyond Now, the system has a headless, modular and event-driven design, with open application programming interfaces and support for Model Context Protocol. That design is intended to make it easier for operators and technology providers to connect the platform to existing environments and gradually introduce automated workflows.

The platform is also being built with agent-to-agent commerce in mind. As AI agents begin to discover, compare and purchase services on behalf of users or organisations, service providers will need product structures and commercial controls that can support machine-led transactions as well as human ones.

Beyond Now already works with large telecoms groups including AT&T, Deutsche Telekom, NTT and Verizon, and said the new platform will support the same range of customer and partner business models those groups are pursuing.

For operators, the immediate test will be whether systems such as this can shorten launch cycles and make multi-party service offers easier to manage. Telecoms groups have spent years trying to turn platform and partner strategies into material new income, but many still face operational friction once a service moves from concept to order, delivery and cash collection.

The aim is to help users move from product design to quote, order, fulfilment and cash collection faster while maintaining human oversight of AI-driven actions.
