Infovista launches Synergy to enhance partner collaboration

Fri, 25th Oct 2024

Infovista has unveiled a new partner programme, Infovista Synergy, aimed at enhancing collaboration with Value Added Resellers (VARs) in the context of emerging RAN technologies and network performance solutions.

The introduction of the Infovista Synergy programme signifies a strategic shift in the company's partner engagement, facilitating a more streamlined and proactive approach to delivering next-generation telecommunications solutions. This programme is structured to empower partners through improved cooperation, comprehensive tools, and tailored training to adapt to the fast-evolving telecom industry.

Dave Tulis, Chief Revenue Officer at Infovista, remarked, "The launch of Synergy is about building more than just partnerships. It's about creating value for our partners, our customers, and the broader telecom ecosystem. With 5G reshaping network architectures, we are evolving how we engage with resellers, putting an emphasis on collaboration, trust, and mutual growth to deliver the best solutions to market."

The Synergy programme offers several key benefits to its participants, including strategic collaboration, which provides partners exclusive access to Infovista's advanced portfolio, encompassing network testing, planning, and assurance solutions. Enhanced enablement is another feature, offering continued training, technical support, and co-marketing opportunities to fully equip partners to offer top-tier network solutions. The programme also focuses on shared growth by fostering long-term partnerships that align business objectives and drive sales, ultimately accelerating customer adoption.

Lukasz Klej, CEO of Notel, commented on the development, "As 5G becomes the backbone of digital transformation, Infovista's advanced tools allow us to offer high-performance solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers." This sentiment was echoed by Maurie Dobbin, founder and Managing Director of TeleResources, who stated, "Infovista Synergy empowers us to deliver region-specific solutions, tailored to local markets, while leveraging their powerful technology suite. This partnership enables us to meet customer demands with precision and confidence."

Alan Ang, Managing Director of AOAO Global, emphasised the importance of trust and expertise in rolling out next-generation networks, adding, "As the Synergy program ensures that only the most qualified partners represent Infovista's solutions, AOAO Global is able to continue to build upon our long-term relationships with clients to create greater value and drive better performance."

The launch of Infovista Synergy also marks a shift from direct sales to a more structured, proactive engagement model with focused VARs. Partners in this programme will enjoy the benefits of transparent communication and collaborative opportunities, along with comprehensive action plans to support the delivery of high-performance solutions.

The programme places a strong emphasis on continuous enablement, ensuring VARs have access to ongoing education and tools critical for maximising Infovista's offerings. This focus aims to enhance partner abilities to provide optimal solutions, thus reinforcing customer satisfaction and supporting long-term success.

Infovista remains committed to fostering innovation through collaboration with Synergy partners. The programme is designed to align mutual goals, empowering partners to confidently deliver solutions that are noted for performance, reliability, and service excellence.
