Logitech unveils Rally AI cameras for hybrid boardrooms
Logitech has launched two new conference cameras aimed at large meeting spaces, adding in-wall installation and automated multi-camera views for platforms including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
The company introduced Rally AI Camera and Rally AI Camera Pro. Both target boardrooms, classrooms and town hall spaces. Logitech positioned the products around compact design and automated video framing for hybrid meetings.
Room installation
Logitech said the Rally AI Camera range supports several mounting options. Users can mount the cameras on the ceiling, above or below a TV display, on a wall, or within a wall. Logitech said the in-wall option is a first for the company. It said the in-wall option applies to Rally AI Camera.
Both models include an automatic privacy shutter. Logitech said the shutter indicates when the camera is off.
"Rally AI Cameras are designed to power the hybrid-first office, where the technology fades into the background to let the digital and physical worlds blend naturally," said Henry Levak, VP of Product, Logitech for Business. "From small meeting rooms to expansive town halls, they provide a cinematic experience for meeting attendees while quietly solving the real-world challenges that IT managers, Facilities teams, and Workplace Experience professionals face every day."
Video automation
Logitech said the cameras use RightSight 2 video framing. It described the feature as adaptive and AI-powered. Logitech said the cameras can frame the group, highlight an individual speaker, or arrange participants in a grid view.
The company framed the feature around meeting equity for hybrid work. Logitech said the camera adjusts in real time based on room activity and speaker position.
Multi-camera support
Logitech said customers can deploy multiple Rally AI Cameras in the same room. It said the products support Zoom Intelligent Director and Microsoft Teams multiple camera view. Logitech described the approach as switching between angles and perspectives across the cameras.
The company positioned the multi-camera setup for larger spaces where a single, fixed-angle view can limit visibility for remote participants. Logitech did not publish pricing details in its announcement.
Hardware details
Both cameras use a custom-designed lens and a 1-inch imaging sensor. Logitech said the devices have a 115-degree field of view. It said the hardware aims to capture detail in low-light conditions and cover wide rooms.
Logitech said Rally AI Camera Pro adds a second optical camera with 15x hybrid zoom. It said this is aimed at capturing presenters and speakers in large rooms.
Management tools
Logitech positioned the cameras as part of a broader workplace management stack. It said the cameras feed data into Logitech Sync, its device management and monitoring platform.
Logitech said the cameras can detect when rooms are used, how often they are occupied and how many people are present. It said workplace managers can use the data to review space utilisation. Logitech also described a room booking function based on real-time people detection. It said this can automatically book and release rooms.
Deployment approach
Logitech said organisations can connect video over USB or a single category cable when used with an optional Rally AI Camera Extension Kit. It also said customers can connect cameras via WiFi or Ethernet.
The company said the cameras integrate with conference audio systems including Rally Plus and third-party audio products. It said IT teams can manage deployment, monitoring, updates and troubleshooting through Logitech Sync.
Sustainability claims
Logitech said it used low-carbon aluminium in the Rally AI Cameras. It also said it used responsibly sourced paper packaging. Logitech said packaging materials come from FSC-certified forests and other controlled sources.
Logitech said the two models are designed for larger and more complex rooms, with support for multi-camera configurations across Microsoft Teams and Zoom deployments.
