Seasoned telecommunications leader, Susannah Redstone, has been appointed as General Manager, Solutions and Services, at cloud-based contact centre solutions provider, Digital Island. Having over 20 years of industry experience, with notable roles at TelstraClear, CallPlus, Spark, and most recently as Head of One NZ’s Broadband and Vodafone TV, Redstone is expected to spearhead novel best practice solutions tailored to accommodate customer needs.
Redstone asserts the value of technology as an enabler in businesses.
