Access4 honours top-performing partners at 2024 ANZ awards

Today

Access4 has recognised the achievements of its top-performing partners during the 2024 ANZ Partner Awards, held at a gala dinner as part of the company's annual conference in Queenstown, New Zealand. The awards celebrate partners that have made significant contributions in areas such as revenue growth, customer acquisition and successful customer deployments.

The awards acknowledged outstanding accomplishments in Access4's Advantage Partner Program. Simplicity IT, based in Sydney, was named Best Gold Tier Partner. Comunet, located in Adelaide, earned the title of Best Platinum Tier Partner. Plan B, from Auckland, secured the Best Diamond/Diamond+ Tier Partner award, while BayCom ICT, also from Auckland, was recognised as the Best Diamond++ (or higher) Tier Partner.

Other awards highlighted innovative and impactful deals made by Access4 partners over the past year. Solutions IT, based in Western Australia, received the Most Innovative Deal of the Year award. This recognition came as a result of their work on a telephony system overhaul in a faith-based school that required phones in all classrooms and had stringent Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Solutions IT deployed Access4's Microsoft Teams Flex solution within a constrained decision-making timeframe, fulfilling the client's needs in both functionality and cost.

Sydney-based company Chyma earned the Deal of the Year award for its project with a national real estate franchise. Chyma's solution helped the franchise standardise vendor offerings for voice communications while integrating unique requirements, thus supporting the franchise's ambitious growth targets.

Brisbane-headquartered Essential Tech was honoured as the Best New Partner, commendable for its rapid growth since joining Access4 at the start of the fiscal year. Plan B was recognised as New Zealand Partner of the Year, while Unite Networx, based in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, was named Australian Partner of the Year. These awards were based on metrics such as monthly recurring revenue and year-on-year growth.

Access4 Managing Director Tim Jackson extended his congratulations to the award recipients. "We extend our congratulations to all of our 2024 award recipients and express our gratitude to the entire partner network across Australia and New Zealand for their ongoing support," he said. "Their contributions have been instrumental in driving significant momentum and strengthening relationships with customers, while delivering top-tier voice and unified communications solutions to the ANZ market. Our second annual conference was a resounding success, and we are thrilled by the overwhelming positive feedback from our attending partners. We eagerly look forward to hosting our next conference in 2025!"

The conference drew over 120 attendees, including more than 85 partner delegates from Australia and New Zealand. Presentations at the event provided attendees with updates and tactical support on solutions selling, focusing on areas such as customer experience, bids and tender support, engineering tools, and marketing strategies. Attendees also received early access to Access4 products, and the event featured the announcement of Access4's acquisition of cloud communications provider, Channel UC.

This year's Access4 Annual Conference received sponsorship from multiple companies, including Cisco, Kaseya, Crexendo, Commsplus Distribution, Inforcer, BroadSource, and TechTent.
